SP-ICP MS analysis of selenium nanoparticles in yeast - the effect of the extraction procedure on the particle size distribution
Résumé
Se nanoparticles (NP) are the potential Se supplement in human and livestock nutrition, a chemotherapeutic agent in cancer treatment, and have antibacterial properties [1]. In addition to the physical and chemical methods of Se-NPs synthesis, biosynthesis with the use of bacteria, fungi and yeast is considered “green” and is recently widely researched [1]. In this context, reliable methods of Se-NPs analysis are of the utmost importance.
